We mainly provide Stationery parts of mechanical pencil and Appliances of air conditioner.

Manufacturing Process
1. materials
Meterial are mainly stainless steel and Brass, Steel. We have materials with different thickness or different width.
2. Press machine
We have 15t and 25t, 45t of transfer press machine. Suitably selected press machine improve productivity.
3. Mold set
Set in-house molds. We do adjust molds by ourselves.
4. Products
After press process and surface treatment,pressed parts become products.
Our products are used as cap or eraser holders of pens, bearings, etc.
